If you email us, we receive the address you write from and whatever you include in the message. We use that only to reply and to deal with your enquiry. We do not sell your details.
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to respond, follow up, or keep a record of what was discussed. We then delete it when it is no longer needed.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for it to be transferred. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.
